曾××,女,40岁,农民,因停经及下腹包块8年入院。8年前停经,停经后2月下腹长一包块,逐渐增大,自疑怀孕。包块长至脐下即不再增大,也未分娩。此后经常腹痛,但可缓解,月经不再来潮。患者初潮18岁,周期6～7/30～30~+天,量多。29岁结婚,此次停经前没有妊娠、流产及分娩史。检查:一般情况好,心肺正常。脐下3横指正中线上扪得一包块,似婴儿头大,较硬,活动性小,无压痛。外阴未产型,阴道通畅,宫颈光滑,偏左能扪到较正常略小的子宫,子宫右侧可触到腹部包块。入院后拟诊为右侧卵巢肿瘤。手术:在硬膜外麻醉下自下腹正中进入腹腔,见子宫光滑活动,左侧角为盲端,无输卵管及卵
