招聘之于企业发展的重要性日益显现,因为高效、科学的招聘不仅有利于提高企业人才的竞争力,更有利于推动企业战略目标的实现。然而,不可否认的一个现实是,在当今企业的招聘实践中,总是或多或少地存在着一些问题、一些被忽视的招聘“节点”。如何解决这些问题,消除这些“节点”已成为当前招聘工作的一个重点和难点。本文就尝试从当前的这些招聘“节点”出发来探讨招聘流程的高效性、规范性和有序性。
The importance of recruiting for the development of the enterprise is increasingly evident because efficient and scientific recruitment not only helps to enhance the competitiveness of the company’s personnel but also helps promote the realization of the strategic goals of the enterprise. However, an undeniable fact is that there are always some problems in the recruitment practices of enterprises today, with some overlooked recruitment “nodes.” How to solve these problems and eliminate these “nodes ” has become a focus and difficulty of the current recruitment work. This article attempts to explore the hiring process efficiency, normative and orderly from the current recruitment “node ”.
