目的研究维吾尔族儿童发展性阅读障碍的影响因素,为阅读障碍的干预提供依据。方法对新疆地区1 206名3~5年级维吾尔族儿童进行筛查,利用χ2检验、单因素分析、Logsitic回归分析等方法研究维吾尔族儿童阅读障碍的影响因素。结果新疆维吾尔族儿童阅读障碍的发生率为6.80%,男性高于女性,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同年级儿童阅读障碍的发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Logistic回归分析结果显示父母无业、母亲文化程度在初中以下、家庭收入低于1 000元的家庭环境对阅读障碍的发生有影响。结论维吾尔族儿童阅读障碍并不少见,家庭环境因素尤其是低收入家庭对阅读障碍的发生有明显的影响。
Objective To study the influencing factors of Uygur children’s developmental dyslexia and provide basis for the intervention of dyslexia. Methods A total of 1,206 Uygur children aged 3 to 5 years in Xinjiang were screened and the influencing factors of dyslexia in Uygur children were analyzed by χ2 test, univariate analysis and Logsitic regression analysis. Results The incidence of dyslexia in Uygur children in Xinjiang was 6.80%, higher in males than in females, with statistical significance (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of dyslexia between children of different grades (P> 0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that parents were unemployed, their mothers’ education was below junior high school, family environment with family income less than 1,000 yuan had an impact on the occurrence of dyslexia. Conclusions It is not uncommon for Uighur children to have dyslexia. Family environment factors, especially low-income families, have a significant impact on the occurrence of dyslexia.
