1982年10月,我们对全县重点职业人群进行了布鲁氏菌感染情况调查。现将结果报告如下。畜间感染情况:自1963年以来陆续从河南等地引进各类种畜385头,连续3年进行布病血清学检测,从242只羊中发现4只阳性,阳性率为1.65%,32头奶牛无1例阳性. 人间感染情况:检查1163人,皮试阳性37人,感染率为3.18%。农民感染率2.4%(26/108),屠宰工感染
In October 1982, we conducted a survey of brucellosis in key occupational groups throughout the county. The results reported below. Intercourse infection: Since 1963, 385 heads of breeding stock have been introduced from Henan and other places successively for serodiagnosis of brucellosis for three consecutive years. Four of 242 sheep were found positive, with a positive rate of 1.65% and 32 cows None of the cases were positive.The human infection: 1163 people were examined, 37 were skin test positive, the infection rate was 3.18%.
