近年来,随着科技的进步,我国逐步建立了一批现代化的企业。进而,现代化的化工企业对于人才的需求也发生了变化,陈旧的化工类人才培养模式已经不能够适应现代型的化工企业的发展。在这样的情况下,化工类人才培养模式改革成为了重要的一环。笔者认为,要想进行化工类人才培养模式改革就应该认清现实,面向现代化工企业需求来进行改革。本文笔者将围绕这一中心发表相应的看法。
In recent years, with the progress of science and technology, China has gradually established a number of modernized enterprises. Furthermore, the demand of modern chemical enterprises for talents has also changed. The outdated model of chemical talents cultivation can not adapt to the development of modern chemical industry. Under such circumstances, the reform of chemical personnel training mode has become an important part. The author believes that in order to carry out the reform of chemical personnel training mode should recognize the reality, for the needs of modern chemical companies to carry out reforms. The author of this article will publish the corresponding views around this center.
