本文主要介绍一种国内最新的自航式混凝土搅拌船的总体布局、结构原理、机电选型配置以及创新点等内容,论述了搅拌主机、骨料系统、粉料系统、液料系统、气路系统、电控系统、泵送系统和布料系统等的设计原则、思路和方法,探讨了自航式混凝土搅拌船的可行性以及在水上施工中的实践应用。经在梅溪河特大桥基桩混凝土施工中应用,证明改造是成功的。
This paper mainly introduces the overall layout, structure principle, mechanical and electrical configuration and innovation of a self-propelled concrete mixer ship in China. The main contents of this paper include the main body of the mixer, the aggregate system, the powder system, the liquid system, System, electric control system, pumping system and fabric system, the design principles, ideas and methods are discussed. The feasibility of self-propelled concrete mixing vessel and its practical application in water-based construction are discussed. After the application of the concrete pile foundation in Meixi River Bridge, the transformation proved successful.
