采用二极管泵浦的Nd:YAG固体激光器对连杆衬套内表面进行微造型凹坑加工。在摩擦磨损试验机上进行了摩擦磨损性能试验。结果表明,与未造型试件在重载高速工况条件下相比,激光微造型试件的摩擦因数降低20%,磨损量降低53%。这说明激光微造型试件内表面凹坑具有贮油、积屑和动压润滑作用。
Diode-pumped Nd: YAG solid-state lasers were used to micro-pothole the inner surface of the connecting rod bushing. Friction and wear testing machine friction and wear properties of the test. The results show that the friction coefficient of the laser micro-shaped test piece is reduced by 20% and the wear loss is reduced by 53% compared with that of the non-shaped test piece under the conditions of heavy-load and high-speed operation. This shows that the laser micro-shaped test specimen pits on the surface with oil storage, chip and dynamic pressure lubrication.
