对华东地区十多个立井井筒6~9 a的井壁附加应变进行了实测和研究,获取多个井筒的实测附加应变演变规律并进行了分类处理,在对附加应变进行拟合的基础上分析了几种典型附加应变曲线的特点,分析了不同类型曲线中竖直附加力和温度应力对井壁破裂的贡献.结果表明:温度可造成竖向温度应变27×10-6~88×10-6幅度的波动,可以认为是井壁固有的恒定交替变化的应力,本身并不会造成井壁的破坏,但会加剧或缩短井壁破坏进程;竖直附加力增长率在0.015×10-6~0.068×10-6d-1之间,随时间逐步增大的竖直附加力造成井壁破坏.
The additional strain in the wellbore of 6 ~ 9 a wells in east China was measured and studied. The evolution of measured additional strain of multiple wellbores was obtained and classified. Based on the fitting of additional strain, And several typical additional strain curves were analyzed.The contribution of vertical additional stress and temperature stress on the wall rupture in different types of curves was analyzed.The results show that the temperature can cause vertical temperature strain of 27 × 10-6 ~ 88 × 10- 6 amplitude fluctuation can be regarded as the inherent constant constant stress in the borehole wall itself does not cause damage to the borehole wall but will aggravate or shorten the damage process of the borehole wall. The growth rate of vertical additional force is 0.015 × 10-6 ~ 0.068 × 10-6d-1, with the vertical increase of force caused by the vertical shaft wall damage.
