用放射免疫法测定75例孕12~42周健康孕妇的血清、羊水和26例新生儿脐血胃泌素的浓度。结果:随孕周的增加羊水和血清胃泌素的浓度不断降低,足月后又明显升高,母血清胃泌素浓度高于羊水,以中期妊娠为明显(P<0.05),脐血胃泌素浓度在晚期妊娠时较低,足月后升高接近母血清和羊水水平。提示:胃泌素浓度的变化是机体在妊娠期的一种生理性代偿作用,并可能与胎儿消化器官发育成熟和功能完善有关。
Radioimmunoassay was used to determine the concentration of cord blood serum, amniotic fluid and cord blood gas in 26 neonates from 12 to 42 weeks of gestation. Results: The concentration of amniotic fluid and serum gastrin decreased with gestational age, and then increased significantly after term. The concentration of serum gastrin in maternal serum was higher than that in amniotic fluid, which was significantly higher in interim pregnancy (P <0.05) Serum gastrin concentrations are lower in late pregnancy and increase near full-term serum levels of maternal serum and amniotic fluid after term. Tip: Gastrin concentration changes in the body during pregnancy a physiological compensatory role, and may be related to the fetal digestive organ maturation and functional improvement.
