Developing carbon sink forestry can not only improve the ecological status and expand the space for carbon rights in the future, but also add new financing channels for the development of forestry. The mechanism in the development of carbon sink forestry is a very important factor. In this paper, we aim to maximize the benefits of carbon sink forestry, construct the objective function from harvesting volume, and analyze the parameter space of carbon sink forestry from the perspective of transaction. It is concluded that the incentive compatibility mechanism of carbon sink forest management is the parameter transfer mechanism of three-dimensional information . Further analysis of the mechanism shows that various factors that increase the effective demand for carbon sequestration, such as the definition of carbon credits and the tradable carbon rights regime, can all make the carbon market clear.
