吕梁山风景区地理位置优越、生态资源丰富、文化底蕴深厚,是徐州市重要的旅游资源,素有“徐州市后花园”之美誉。近年来,景区建设取得了良好成效,但同时也存在着诸多问题。本文运用SWOT方法对景区的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战进行系统剖析,提出吕梁山风景区旅游资源深度开发必须坚持保护第一、特色开发、文化融合、参与体验的原则,大力实施“三明”战略、“错位”战略、“家园”战略、“精品”战略、“区域”战略、“营销”战略,积极优化景区旅游系统、提升核心竞争力、才能全面获得经济、社会、环境效益,不断推动徐州旅游经济持续快速健康发展。
Luliang Mountain Scenic Area is strategically located, rich in ecological resources and rich cultural heritage. It is an important tourism resource in Xuzhou and is known as “the back garden of Xuzhou City”. In recent years, scenic construction has achieved good results, but there are also many problems. In this paper, SWOT method is used to systematically analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the scenic spot. It is proposed that the deep development of tourism resources in Lvliangshan Scenic Spot should adhere to the principle of “protection first, distinctive development, cultural integration and participation experience” Strategy of “Dislocation”, Strategy of “Homeland”, Strategy of “Excellence”, Strategy of “Region” and “Marketing”, and actively optimize the tourism system in the scenic area so as to enhance the core competitiveness. Full access to economic, social and environmental benefits, continue to promote Xuzhou tourism economy sustained, rapid and healthy development.
