在我国大力发展高等职业技术教育和就业走向市场化的新形势下,高职学生的就业率已成为衡量学校办学水平的重要指标之一。不仅如此,近年来国家对高职院校学生还提出了优质就业、自主创业和可持续发展等涉及就业质量的更高要求。高职院校必须通过培养和提高学生的就业竞争力来提高学生的就业率,从而进一步提高学生的整体就业质量。从分析影响高职学生就业难的因素基础上,阐述提高高职学生就业竞争力的途径。
Under the new situation of vigorously developing higher vocational and technical education and employment in our country, the employment rate of higher vocational students has become an important index to measure the school running level. Moreover, in recent years, the state has also put forward higher requirements on the quality of employment for high-quality students, such as high-quality employment, self-employment and sustainable development. Higher vocational colleges must improve the employment rate of students through training and enhancing the employment competitiveness of students so as to further improve their overall employment quality. Based on the analysis of the factors that affect the employment difficulty of higher vocational students, this paper elaborates the ways to improve the employment competitiveness of higher vocational students.
