党的十一届三中全会以来,我市个体、私营经济先后起步,经过试验、观察、初步发展之后,特别是1992年邓小平同志南巡讲话和十四大之后,我市个体私营经济同全国各地一样,进入了一个快速,健康发展阶段。其主要表现在:一是加快了发展速度。1992年底,我市共有个体私营企业19729户.从业人员51158人,到1995年底,已发展到26573户,从业人员82153人.三年中平均每年户增11％.人增22.2％。二是注册资金逐年增加.规模不断扩大,1995年底全市个体私营经济拥有注册资金4.15亿元.户均资金为1.56万元。到1996年底.注册资金增加到5.34亿元,户均资金2.58万元,比上年增长24.2％。私营经济规模明显的扩大,年产值(营业额)50——
