基于数模平台的四辊卷板机辊轮工艺位置的计算

四辊卷板机中下辊与两侧辊的位置控制是决定钢板卷制精度的关键因素,以人工经验进行辊轮位置调整的传统方法难以获得辊轮的精确工作位置。采用数学建模方法对卷板机各辊轮工作位置进行几何化表达,建立下辊与前后两侧辊在边缘对正、预弯、卷制等工艺中的位置模型,并推导出下辊与两侧辊在加工过程中的精确位移量的表达公式,以实现各辊轮位置的精确控制,由此提高钢板的卷制加工精度。 The control of the position of the middle and bottom rollers and the rollers on the four-roll plate bending machine is the key factor that determines the rolling precision of the steel plate. It is difficult to obtain the exact working position of the roller by the traditional method of manually adjusting the position of the roller. Mathematical modeling method was used to express the working position of each roll of the plate bending machine. The model of the position of the lower roller and the front and rear rollers in the edge alignment, pre-bending and rolling process was established. Roller in the processing of both sides of the accurate displacement of expression, in order to achieve precise control of the roller position, thereby enhancing the precision steel plate processing.
