102G型气相层析仪的控温旋纽没有刻度示值,要改变仪器的工作温度,从升温到恒温的一段较长时间里,需要经常观察和调整层析室和气化器的温度,否则会拖延到达所需温度的时间。作者将层析室和气化器的控温旋纽加上数字刻度,在不同的环境温度下测定了温度和旋纽指示值的对应关系;同时测定了在不同的层析室温度下气化器对层析室的温差与气化器旋纽读数的关系。实验结果表明,环境温度的改变对仪器温度的影响不大,因此,使用仪器时可以在开机后将旋纽随即调在所需温度对应的刻度值,可以达到比较准确的预定温度。
