提高中面层材料的抗车辙性能是近些年来重载沥青路面的主要手段之一,全面评估其对路面结构的影响对于完善路面结构设计具有重要意义。本文运用基于时间硬化的蠕变模型,研究了中面层采用高模量沥青混凝土的沥青路面累积变形发展规律,以及对各结构层位变形与应力响应的影响。结论认为,中面层采用高模量沥青混凝土可降低路面结构的车辙深度与基层的剪切破坏风险,但需对中上面层材料抗弯曲疲劳性能亦提出了更高的要求。
Improving the anti-rutting performance of middle-layer materials is one of the major means of reloading asphalt pavement in recent years. It is of great significance to evaluate the influence of pavement structure on the pavement structure in an all-round way. In this paper, the creep model based on time hardening was used to study the cumulative deformation of asphalt pavement with high modulus asphalt concrete in middle layer and its influence on the deformation and stress response of each structural layer. The conclusion is that the use of high modulus asphalt concrete in the middle layer can reduce the rutting depth of the pavement structure and the risk of shear failure of the grassroots, but also put forward higher requirements on the bending fatigue resistance of the middle layer material.
