分析化学复合沉积过程机理,认为聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)和SiC粒子的沉积是先吸附,后被沉积埋覆于复合镀层中。研究Ni-P-PTFE-SiC复合沉积主要工艺参数对复合沉积影响的规律,得出PTFE和SiC粒子含量、粒度及表面活性剂种类等参数是影响复合沉积的主要因素。给出制备较佳复合镀层配方与工艺条件,并对Ni-P-PTFE-SiC复合层耐磨耐蚀性进行分析测试,初步结果显示Ni-P-PTFE-SiC复合层的耐磨耐蚀性优于Ni-P、Ni-P-PTFE和Ni-P-SiC镀层。
The mechanism of chemical composite deposition was analyzed. The deposition of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and SiC particles was first adsorbed, and then deposited and buried in the composite coating. The main influencing factors on the composite deposition of Ni-P-PTFE-SiC composites were studied. The results showed that the content of PTFE and SiC particles, the particle size and the type of surfactants were the main factors affecting the composite deposition. The preparation and processing conditions of the composite coating are given, and the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the Ni-P-PTFE-SiC composite layer are analyzed and tested. The preliminary results show that the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the Ni-P-PTFE-SiC composite layer Better than Ni-P, Ni-P-PTFE and Ni-P-SiC coatings.
