目的:评价九十年代心脏直视手术后的神经系统并发症的发生率,严重程度以及对功能的影响。方法:对276例体外循环下心脏直视手术病人资料进行回顾性研究。结果:心脏直视手术的神经系统并发症的发生率为6.2%,其中14/17为中枢神经系统并发症,3/17为外周神经轻瘫,除迟发性偏瘫预后较差外,其余的神经系统并发症预后较好。结论:九十年代心脏直视手术后的神经系统并发症的发生率较以前大为减少,但仍须引起重视
Objective: To evaluate the incidence, severity and function of neurological complications after open heart surgery in the 1990s. Methods: A retrospective study was conducted on 276 patients with open heart surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass. Results: The incidence of neurological complications in open heart surgery was 6.2%. Among them, 14/17 were central nervous system complications and 3/17 were peripheral nerve palsy. In addition to the poor prognosis of delayed hemiplegia, The remaining neurological complications have a better prognosis. CONCLUSIONS: The incidence of neurological complications after open heart surgery in the 1990s was significantly reduced compared to the previous years, but care must still be taken
