介绍了注水泥工具———翻转板式水力振荡套管鞋的结构和产生振动的基本原理 ,给出了水力脉冲振动注水泥固井技术的现场试验方法 .在大庆油田、南阳油田的现场应用结果表明 :使用翻转板式水力振荡套管鞋振动效果比较明显 ,振动场频率为 60~ 70Hz时 ,振动固井套管振动能量是常规固井的 7.5倍 ,在大庆油田固井 5口 ,固井质量均为优质 ,注水泥系数较该区块的常规固井提高了 0 .0 1~ 0 .0 3袋 /m .该技术提高了固井顶替效率 ,从而提高了固井质量 ,并为今后振动注水泥技术的研究提供了依据
This paper introduces the structure of cementing tool - flip-plate hydraulic oscillating casing shoes and the principle of vibration, and gives the field test method of hydraulic pulse vibration cementing technology.On the field application results of Daqing Oilfield and Nanyang Oilfield The results show that the vibrating effect of using flip-plate hydraulic vibrating casing shoe is obvious. When the vibration field frequency is 60-70Hz, the vibration energy of vibrating cementing casing is 7.5 times that of conventional cementing. In cementing well of Daqing Oilfield, All of them were of high quality, and the cementing factor was increased by 0.01 ~ 0.030 bags / m than that of the conventional cementing in this block.
