The article discusses the following issues on building a cross-century residential community: 1. The creation of a spatial form must meet the requirements of numerous factors that affect the living habits, behavioral trajectories, management systems, and residential commercialization of residents. The organization of moving and static traffic should facilitate the creation of a convenient, safe and peaceful living environment. 3 The guarantee of environmental quality lies in meeting the residents’ requirements for the quality of the community’s natural environment elements and social environment elements. The shaping of community style should start with the extension of urban context, the layout of local conditions and the exploration of architectural forms.
