用光电发射的三阶模型推导了多光子光电发射的公式。用Nd:YAG调Q激光光源(hv=1.17eV,脉冲宽度为10ns)测量了金属Ag和Mo片的光电流与光强的关系。在2~12GW.Cm~(-2)功率范围内,测得Ag的5—光子效应和Mo的4—光子效应。理论与实验是—致的。
The third-order model of photoemission was used to derive the formula of multi-photon photoemission. The relationship between the photocurrent and the light intensity of Ag and Mo films was measured by Nd: YAG Q-switched laser (hv = 1.17eV, pulse width 10ns). In the power range of 2 ~ 12GW.Cm ~ (-2), the 5-photon effect of Ag and the 4-photon effect of Mo were measured. Theory and experiment are - induced.
