在SRVⅣ微动磨损试验机上考察了氮化激光复合处理和正火+高温回火处理对18Cr2Ni4WA钢抗微动磨损性能的影响。结果表明:在试验条件下,渗氮激光复合处理试样的维氏硬度约为780 HV,具有较好的抗微动磨损性能。磨损机理主要为粘着磨损和磨粒磨损。
The effects of nitriding laser cladding and normalizing and high temperature tempering on the fretting wear resistance of 18Cr2Ni4WA steel were investigated on the SRV Ⅳ fretting wear tester. The results show that the Vickers hardness of the sample treated by nitriding laser is about 780 HV under the experimental conditions, and has good fretting wear resistance. The main wear mechanisms are adhesive wear and abrasive wear.
