我国核应急决策支持系统的研究与开发所取得的进展包括:一是对引进的欧共体核应急决策支持系统(RODOS)的运行原理得以理解和消化;二是以广东大亚湾核电站为参考厂址,对RODOS系统中早期应急措施模型的应用进行了研究。自1997年引进RODOS系统以来,我们在该系统的运行管理和有关分析模型及计算结果分析方面已取得了相当大的进展,尤其是实现了对RODOS系统中源程序的修改、编译和程序集成,这是一个重要的技术突破,并为进一步建立我国自己的核应急决策支持系统奠定了坚实的基础。
The progress made in the research and development of China’s nuclear emergency decision support system includes: First, understanding and digesting the operation principle of the introduced European Nuclear Emergency Decision Support System (RODOS); Second, taking Guangdong Daya Bay Nuclear Power Station as a reference site, The application of early emergency model in RODOS system was studied. Since the introduction of the RODOS system in 1997, considerable progress has been made in the operation management and analysis of the system and in the analysis of the calculation results. In particular, we have realized the modification, compilation and program integration of source programs in the RODOS system, This is an important technical breakthrough and lays a solid foundation for further establishing our own nuclear emergency decision support system.
