众所周知,学生是未来的希望,是未来推动国家经济发展的一支重要力量。然而,在现代的学校班级管理中,往往忽视了对学生以后发展面临的职业和企业文化教育,导致学生在未来的企业发展中存在种种问题。目前,随着社会竞争压力越来越大,我国每年的毕业生人数在逐渐增加,学生的就业形势十分严峻,企业对学生的职业素养和职业技能要求也越来越高。鉴于此,在班级管理中融入企业文化管理,让学生把握以后的职业发展趋势和方向,培养自身职业技能,具有重要的现实意义。
As we all know, students are the hope of the future and an important force for promoting the country’s economic development in the future. However, in modern school class management, career and corporate culture education faced by students in future development are often neglected, which leads to students’ problems in their future business development. At present, with the increasing pressure of social competition, the number of graduates in our country is gradually increasing each year. The employment situation of students is very grim. The requirements of enterprises for students’ vocational qualifications and vocational skills are also getting higher and higher. In view of this, it is of great practical significance to integrate management of corporate culture in class management, to enable students to grasp future career development trends and directions and develop their own vocational skills.
