拟定了一个应用同一套标准溶液和相同分析条件同时测定铂—铱和钯—铱系合金中0.02~0.1%金,以及铂—铑—金合金中1~3.5%金的原子吸收方法。它基于使用 HCl—H_2O_2作为溶剂的封管氯化法溶解试样后将试液直接在空气—乙炔火焰中喷雾和测定。在0~8微克金/毫升范围内校正曲线为直线,变异系数<2%,对于9个合金试样进行分析,测定结果与化学比色法相符,相对误差<6.4%。合金基体和常见杂质元素对测定无影响,因而方法还可以用于纯铂、钯、铑和铱中微量金的测定。
A method for the simultaneous determination of 0.02 ~ 0.1% gold in platinum-iridium and palladium-iridium alloys and 1 ~ 3.5% gold in platinum-rhodium-gold alloys using the same set of standard solutions and the same analytical conditions was developed. It is based on the use of HCl-H_2O_2 as a solvent sealed tube chlorination method to dissolve the test sample solution directly to the air - acetylene flame spray and determination. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0-8 micromol / ml, and the coefficient of variation was <2%. Nine alloy samples were analyzed and the results were consistent with the chemical colorimetry. The relative error was less than 6.4%. The alloy matrix and common impurity elements have no effect on the determination, so the method can also be used for the determination of trace gold in pure platinum, palladium, rhodium and iridium.
