提出一种基于新的投影方式的三维面影测量技术。这项技术解决了传统投影方式在测量较大物体时带来的视场不够、亮度不均匀,从而影响测量范围及测量精度的问题。在一个三维测量仪上,以一个石膏模人体头像为测量对象,提出一种新的定标技术及图象合成方法,利用快速傅里叶交换给出了实测结果。测试结果表明,该技术是简单、可行的。
A new projection method based on three-dimensional face shadow measurement technology is proposed. This technology solves the problem that the traditional projection mode does not have enough fields of view and uneven brightness when measuring a large object, thereby affecting the measurement range and the measurement accuracy. In a three-dimensional measuring instrument, taking a gypsum model human head as measurement object, a new calibration technique and image synthesis method are proposed, and the measured results are given by using the fast Fourier transform. The test results show that the technology is simple and feasible.
