甲状腺髓样癌是甲状腺滤泡旁细胞发生的恶性肿瘤，其病理及临床表现有别于其它类型的甲状腺癌。现将我院１９７６年至１９９６年收治的８７例甲状腺髓样癌作一分析。１ 临床资料１１ 一般资料 甲状腺髓样癌８７例，其中男性４０例，女性４７例，男女之比为１∶１１７。
