泡沫作为氯盐类阻化剂的载体制成阻化泡沫,既有泡沫覆盖效果和堆积性能好的优点,也有对煤的阻化作用,是一种综合性的煤自燃防治材料。选择表面活性剂作为发泡剂,并使用稳泡剂改善泡沫的稳定性,通过实验获得性能较好的泡沫,并确定出发泡剂的最佳浓度。选择NaCl、MgCl_2和CaCl_2 3种常用的阻化剂,分别测试其浓度对泡沫性能的影响,实验发现CaCl_2与泡沫的配合性较好,能够形成性能较好的阻化泡沫。
Foam, as a carrier of chloride salt inhibitor, can be used as a resistance foam. It has the advantages of foam coverage and good packing performance, and also has a resistance to coal. It is a comprehensive coal spontaneous combustion prevention and control material. Select the surfactant as a foaming agent and use a foam stabilizer to improve the stability of the foam. Experiment to obtain a better performance foam and determine the optimal foaming agent concentration. Three kinds of common inhibitors, NaCl, MgCl_2 and CaCl_2, were selected to test their effects on the foam properties. The experimental results showed that the compatibility between CaCl_2 and foam was better, and the better resistance of the foam was obtained.
