为了分析零件功能与产品几何技术规范(Geometrical Product Specification,简称GPS规范,亦称公差规范)集的相关性,提出一种基于模糊层次分析法(Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process,简称FAHP)的零件功能与GPS规范集相关性评估方法。首先,利用层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,简称AHP),建立相关性评估的递阶层次模型,计算GPS规范的权重向量;然后,根据模糊综合评价法(Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation,简称FCE),计算GPS规范的隶属度,设计一种新的模糊算子;最后,通过多级模糊运算,获得相关性的定量评估结果。实例结果表明该方法合理、有效,能够准确评估零件功能与GPS规范集相关性大小。
In order to analyze the correlation between the function of a part and the set of Geometrical Product Specification (GPS Specification), a method based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) and GPS Normative Set Relevance Assessment Method. Firstly, the Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to establish the hierarchical model of correlation evaluation and calculate the weight vector of the GPS specification. Then, based on the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE), the GPS Standard membership degree, a new fuzzy operator is designed. Finally, the quantitative evaluation results of the correlation are obtained by multi-level fuzzy operation. The results show that this method is reasonable and effective, and can accurately evaluate the correlation between the part function and the GPS specification set.
