1.试验结果证明敌百虫杀灭蚊幼、蚊蛹及蚊卵的效果良好,通过比较认为敌百虫蚊223、666尤为理想。2.杀灭淡色库蚊四龄蚊幼的最低有效剂量为0.2PPm,有效持续日期为5天。用一龄蚊幼作对照试验,证明敌百虫对一龄蚊幼有更大的效力。由此可以看出:敌百虫对不同龄期的蚊幼有不同的杀灭效果。3.杀灭蚊蛹的最低有效剂量为5PPm。4.在4PPm 的浓度下可使卵块分散失去孵化能力,不能孵出一只蚊幼。若剂量稍小,(1—3PPm),虽不能杀死全部蚊卵,但所孵出的一龄蚊幼即全部中毒而死。
