强身健体一直都是人们所追求的体育目标。对于大学生来说,其正处于人生奋斗的关键期,打好身体基础,提升身体素质不仅对其学习具有非常重要的作用,对于其未来的人生规划也具有极大的影响。我校针对学生身体素质的提升进行了深入研究,提出了晨操夕练的实践研究活动,为更好地促进学生健康发展起到了重要作用。基于此,本文对晨操夕练活动开展中存在的问题进行分析,并提出相应策略。
Physical fitness has always been the pursuit of sports goals. For college students, they are at a crucial stage in their struggle for life. Playing a good foundation for the body and improving their physical fitness not only play a very important role in their study, but also have great influence on their future life planning. Our school conducted in-depth study on the improvement of students’ physical quality, and put forward the practice research activities of morning exercise evening, which played an important role in promoting the healthy development of students better. Based on this, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the morning exercise evening activities and puts forward the corresponding strategies.
