采用多功能内耗仪,测定了在5种频率下经不同等温时效处理的Cu38Zr46Al8Ag8大块非晶合金内耗-温度(Q-1-T)曲线。结果表明,经等温时效处理的试样的内耗峰值和峰温均比未经处理的试样低;等温时效温度相同情况下,随着等温时效时间的延长,试样的内耗峰值逐渐减少,对应的内耗峰温降低;在等温时效时间相同的情况下,随着等温时效温度的增加,内耗峰温降低。并利用结构弛豫理论分析了等温时效处理对结构弛豫的影响。
The internal friction - temperature (Q-1-T) curve of Cu38Zr46Al8Ag8 bulk amorphous alloy treated with different isothermal aging at 5 kinds of frequencies was measured by multifunctional internal friction instrument. The results show that the internal friction peak and peak temperature of the isothermal aging specimens are lower than those of the untreated specimens. With the same isothermal aging temperature, the internal friction peak of the specimens gradually decreases with the increase of the isothermal aging time. Of the internal friction peak temperature decreases; in the same isothermal aging time, with the increase of isothermal aging temperature, internal friction peak temperature decreases. The effect of isothermal aging on structure relaxation was analyzed by using structural relaxation theory.
