目的建立同时测定大米中多种拟除虫菊酯农药的气相色谱测定方法。方法利用固相萃取(SPE)技术进行样品前处理,采用气相色谱对大米中联苯菊酯、甲氰菊酯、三氟氯氰菊酯、氟氯氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯和溴氰菊酯进行检测,内标法定量。结果 7种拟除虫菊酯农药的回收率为89%~115%,相对标准偏差为0.5%~7.2%,最小检测限(LODS)在1.1μg/kg~4.8μg/kg。结论该方法前处理简单快速,分析成本低,回收率高,满足拟除虫菊酯农药残留的快速灵敏检测的要求。
Objective To establish a gas chromatographic method for the simultaneous determination of pyrethroid pesticides in rice. Methods The samples were pretreated by solid-phase extraction (SPE). The contents of bifenthrin, fenpropathrin, cyhalothrin, cyfluthrin, cypermethrin, fenvalerate and deltamethrin in rice were determined by gas chromatography , Internal standard method. Results The recoveries of seven pyrethroid pesticides ranged from 89% to 115%. The relative standard deviations were 0.5% -7.2%. The minimum detectable limit of detection (LODS) ranged from 1.1μg / kg to 4.8μg / kg. Conclusion The method is simple, fast, low cost and high recovery, which meets the requirements of fast and sensitive detection of pyrethroid pesticide residues.
