目的:探讨肝脏局灶性病变诊断过程中,应用超声弹性应变率比值的临床价值。方法:选取2013年6月-2014年6月十堰市太和医院收治的80例肝脏局灶性病变患者作为研究对象,应用超声弹性应变进行弹性成像检查,对病灶组织及其周围肝脏组织的SR进行测量,应用受试者工作特征(receiver operating characteristic,ROC)曲线获取鉴别良性病灶和恶性病灶的最佳诊断界点,以临床诊断或者病理结果作为标准,对其诊断价值进行评估。结果:良性病灶组弹性分级为A-C级,恶性病灶组弹性分级为C-E级,两组进行比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肝脏局灶性病变诊断过程中,应用超声弹性应变率比值可实现对肝脏良性病灶和恶性病灶的有效鉴别,具有重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of ultrasonic elastic strain ratio in the diagnosis of focal liver lesions. Methods: From June 2013 to June 2014, 80 patients with focal hepatic lesions in Taihe Hospital of Shiyan City were enrolled in this study. Elastography was performed with ultrasound elastography to study the relationship between SR and its surrounding liver tissues The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to obtain the best diagnostic boundary to identify benign and malignant lesions. The diagnostic value was evaluated by clinical diagnosis or pathological results. Results: The grade of elasticity was grade A-C in benign lesion group and grade C-E in malignant lesion group. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: In the diagnosis of focal hepatic fibrosis, the ratio of ultrasonic elastic strain rate can be used to distinguish the benign and malignant liver lesions effectively.
