本工作是利用热模拟试验和凝固理论计算方法分析研究铸锭工艺的一次尝试.从避免产生皮下气泡的极限条件出发,定量分析了国外连铸“缎带钢”专利控制低碳低硅成份的理论根据,分析了钢中残铝量的作用以及降低用铝量的可能限度与前提条件.
