目的 :研究托槽直接黏结技术中酸蚀牙面、树脂黏结剂、托槽及黏结剂去除过程等因素对牙面颜色的影响。方法:取新鲜离体前磨牙100颗,随机分为空白对照组、酸蚀组、黏结剂组、酸蚀+黏结剂组和酸蚀+黏结剂+金属托槽组。实验前、实验后7、30d时,使用电脑比色仪测量牙面颜色的L*、a*和b*值,计算实验前、后的△E*值。采用SPSS16.0软件包对数据进行统计学分析。结果:7 d时间点,各实验组较对照组ΔE*值显著增加,酸蚀+黏结剂+金属托槽组和酸蚀组ΔE值均>3.3,即出现临床可识别的变化,但2组间无显著差异;30 d时间点,ΔE*值酸蚀+黏结剂+托槽组>酸蚀组和酸蚀+黏结剂组>黏结剂组>空白对照组,所有处理组△E*均>3.3。结论:固定矫治过程中,牙面酸蚀处理和长时间配戴矫治器的托槽腐蚀,是导致牙面颜色改变的重要因素。黏结剂去除过程造成的牙面损伤,也会影响牙面颜色。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of tooth surface such as acid-etched tooth surface, resin binder, brackets and adhesive removal process on the direct bonding technology of brackets. Methods: One hundred fresh premolars were randomly divided into blank control group, acid etching group, adhesive group, acid etching + adhesive group, acid etching + adhesive + metal bracket group. Before experiment and at 7th and 30th day after experiment, L *, a * and b * values of tooth surface color were measured by computer colorimeter, and △ E * values before and after experiment were calculated. SPSS16.0 software package for statistical analysis of the data. RESULTS: At 7 days, the ΔE * values increased significantly in each experimental group compared with the control group. The ΔE values of acid etching + binder + metal brackets group and acid etching group were both> 3.3, which showed clinically identifiable changes. However, Δ E * value etching + binder + bracket group> acid etching group and acid etching + binder group> binder group> blank control group at 30 d time point, △ E * values of all treatment groups> 3.3. Conclusion: During the period of fixed orthodontic treatment, the corrosion of the tooth surface and the brackets of the orthodontic appliance worn for a long time are the important factors that cause the color change of the tooth surface. Dental adhesive damage caused by the removal process will also affect the color of the tooth surface.
