选取10个具有抗倒差异的玉米自交系,按完全双列式组配的45个组合为供试材料,利用Griffing方法4,估算一般配合力等遗传参数。结果表明:所有抗倒伏性状基因型间存在显著差异;抗倒伏性状基因型变异中,其一般配合力比特殊配合力重要;同一抗倒伏性状不同自交系,同一自交系不同抗倒伏性状一般配合力表现明显差异。分析认为:以利用加性遗传效应为主的育种方案对玉米抗倒伏性状的改良是有效的。
Ten maize inbred lines with resistance to down-regulation were selected and 45 combinations of complete dual-inbred lines were selected as experimental materials. Genetic parameters such as general combining ability were estimated by Griffing method4. The results showed that there was a significant difference among all the lodging resistance genotypes. The general combining ability of the lodging resistance genotypes was more important than the special combining ability. The lodging resistance traits of different inbred lines with the same lodging resistance and the same inbred line were generally With the significant difference in performance. The analysis shows that the breeding program based on additive genetic effect is effective to improve the lodging resistance of maize.
