1983年我县在临床上首次发现钩端螺旋体病大流行。部分病例经县防疫站钩端螺旋体血培养阳性,及猪、鼠肾组织中检出钩体而得以证实。现将我院1983年7月～10月份收治500余病例中诊断明确的钩端螺旋体病(简称钩体病)413例报告如下:
In 1983, my county first discovered the clinical epidemic of leptospirosis. Some cases were confirmed by leptospirosis blood culture positive in county epidemic prevention station and detection of leptospira in pig and rat kidney tissues. Now in our hospital from July 1983 to October admitted more than 500 cases diagnosed leptospirosis (referred to as leptospirosis) 413 cases are reported as follows:
