车架是重型振动压路机的基础承载部件,占整机重量的35%~60%,在整机成本中的比重为22%左右,且吨位越大,占比越大,其设计成本直接影响压路机的销售价格及企业利润。围绕压路机车架结构展开分析,通过对前后车架、铰接架、油箱等进行模块化设计,使压路机空余的空间得到有效利用,同时采取灌浆等办法,降低了钢材使用量及整机成本。经模块化后设计的产品,通过调换钢轮、车架等模块,可以快速转换压路机重量和载荷分配要求,及时响应市场需求,降低压路机生产、采购及库存成本,提高企业资金利用率。
