安阳钢铁厂水冶炼铁分厂是拥有四座100米~3高炉的单一炼铁厂。高炉使用的含铁原料以“平地吹”土烧结矿为主,还有一座8米~2竖炉生产的高氧化镁自熔性球团矿。高炉使用的焦炭来自焦化分厂。为了研究球团矿的冶炼特点,探索高炉大配比使用球团矿的可能性,该厂于1981年6月～8月在1~#高炉上连续进行了将近100%的球团矿冶炼试验。试验结果证实,在水冶条件下,使用100%球团矿冶炼是可行的,它可以收到明显的增铁节焦效果。
Anyang Iron and Steel Plant Water smelting iron plant is a single ironworks with four 100-3 blast furnace. The raw materials used in blast furnaces are mainly “flat ground” soil sinter, as well as a high magnesia self-fluxing pellet produced in an 8m ~ 2 shaft furnace. The coke used in the blast furnace comes from the coking plant. In order to study the smelting characteristics of pellets and to explore the possibility of using large pellets for blast furnaces, the plant conducted nearly 100% pellet smelting tests on 1 ~ # blast furnaces from June to August 1981 . The test results confirm that under the conditions of hydrometallurgy, it is feasible to use 100% pellet smelting, which can receive significant iron-adding and coke-quenching effects.
