金融风暴让不少企业措手不及。从国外到国内,从世界知名的跨国巨头到名不见经传的中小企业,纷纷采取各种措施应对危机,力求自保。不少企业采取降薪、裁员以节省开支。另一方面,许多企业在实施降薪、裁员等自救措施时,并没有注意员工的心理维护,这很有可能会引发员工的群体性心理危机。这种心理危机往往导致持续性的减少产量、不断发生争吵行为、工作质量下降、服务品质变差、工作漫不经心、逃避或脱离工作等。
The financial turmoil has caught many businesses by surprise. From abroad to China, from the world-renowned multinational giants to the little-known small and medium-sized enterprises, they have taken various measures to cope with the crisis and strive to protect themselves. Many companies take pay cuts, layoffs to save money. On the other hand, many enterprises did not pay attention to the psychological maintenance of employees when they implemented such self-help measures as wage reduction, layoffs and others. This is likely to trigger mass psychological crisis among employees. Such psychological crises often lead to sustained reductions in output, quarrels, deteriorating quality of work, deteriorating service quality, careless work, evasion or separation from work.
