目的:比较三氧化二砷(As2O3)及人参皂甙(Rg3)对兔肝VX2肿瘤血管生成的作用。方法:复制兔肝VX2肿瘤模型24只,随机分为As2O3组、Rg3组及空白对照组各8只,As2O3组连续1周耳缘静脉注射用药,Rg3组连续1周灌服参一胶囊,空白对照组仅给予药物载体溶质作为对照。测量肿瘤瘤质量,应用免疫组化检测瘤组织中的微血管密度(MVD)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达。并采静脉血检测肝功能。结果:As2O3组和Rg3组肿瘤瘤质量显著低于对照组,P值分别为0.013和0.033;As2O3组及Rg3组的MVD表达明显低于对照组,P值分别为0.006和0.003;VEGF表达也明显低于对照组,P值分别为0.049和0.021。As2O3组及Rg3组MVD及VEGF比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论:As2O3及Rg3均可抑制兔肝VX2肿瘤生长,对肿瘤血管生成具有抑制作用,两者对肿瘤血管的抑制作用无差异。
Objective: To compare the effects of arsenic trioxide (As2O3) and ginsenoside (Rg3) on angiogenesis in rabbit liver VX2 tumors. Methods: Twenty-four rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups: As2O3 group, Rg3 group and blank control group. Arsenic trioxide group was injected into the auricle of rabbits once a week for 1 week. Control group only given drug carrier solute as a control. The tumor mass was measured. The expression of MVD and VEGF in the tumor tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry. And venous blood was collected to detect liver function. Results: The tumor mass of As2O3 group and Rg3 group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P = 0.013 and 0.033, respectively). The MVD expression of As2O3 group and Rg3 group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P = 0.006 and 0.003, respectively) Lower than the control group, P values were 0.049 and 0.021, respectively. There was no significant difference in MVD and VEGF between As2O3 group and Rg3 group (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: As2O3 and Rg3 can both inhibit the growth of VX2 tumor in rabbit liver and inhibit the angiogenesis of the tumor. The inhibitory effect of As2O3 and Rg3 on the tumor blood vessels is not different.
