近年来,我们对高寒地区进行短期军训的人员作了血红蛋白和网织红细胞检测,以观察高原低氧环境和军事训练对参训人员的血红蛋白和网织红细胞的影响。现将我们的检测结果和对检测结果的初步讨论报告如下。检测方法受试对象为步兵全训分队的100名健康男性移居汉族干部战士,年龄18~29岁,进藏时间5个月~11年,平均为22个月。全部人员上山前均经过全面体检。检测血红蛋白用沙力(Sahli)氏测定器,按常规方法专人操作;网织红细胞计数用煌焦兰活组织染色法按Heilmayer氏网织红细胞分类法,由专人分型计数。
In recent years, we conducted hemoglobin and reticulocyte tests on short-term military training in alpine areas to observe the effects of altitude hypoxia and military training on the hemoglobin and reticulocytes of participants. Now our test results and preliminary results of the test report is as follows. Test Methods 100 healthy male infantry full training units migrated to Han cadres, aged 18 to 29 years old, Tibet time of 5 months to 11 years, an average of 22 months. All staff uphill before going through a comprehensive physical examination. Detection of hemoglobin using sand (Sahli) tester, according to the conventional method of operation; reticulocyte count with Huang Jilan living tissue staining by Heilmayer’s reticulocyte classification, counting by hand typing.
