采用全光自动喷雾扦插育苗设备进行了黑云杉半木质化嫩枝扦插育苗试验。3年研究结果表明 ,在辽宁省东部地区气候条件下 ,以ABT200mg/kg浸插穗30~50min,生根率达到78.3%,而且根系发育良好 ;嫩枝插穗生根率比带部分硬枝的插穗生根率高49%,两者差异达显著水平 ;河沙插壤比锯末插壤生根率提高11.2%。嫩枝插穗扦插后 ,25d形成愈伤组织 ,40d左右出现根状凸起 ,50d生根。秋季起苗 ,沙藏越冬 ,翌年移植成活率高达92.5%,当年新梢生长量6.6cm。
All-light automatic spray cuttage seedling raising equipment was used to test the semi-lignified softwood cutting of black spruce. The results of 3 years showed that the rooting rate reached 78.3% at 200 mg / kg ABT for 30-50 min in climatic conditions in the eastern region of Liaoning Province, and the root system developed well. The rooting rate of twig cuttings was higher than that of some hard branches 49% higher, the difference between the two reached a significant level; river sand plug than sawdust insert rooting rate increased by 11.2%. After the cutting of cuttings, the callus formed on the 25th day, and the root bulges appeared on the 40th day and rooted on the 50th day. Seedlings in autumn, sand storage winter, the survival rate of 92.5% transplanted the following year, when the growth of new shoots 6.6cm.
