井管故障的检测方法很多。本文通过工程实例,介绍了一种检测井管故障的方法——钻孔全孔壁成像技术,并结合地层岩性、水文地质条件、成井工艺、取水回灌工艺、热泵运行情况等,分析了地下水源热泵井管破裂、淤砂、堵塞和腐蚀等情况产生的原因。该技术可形成连续的全孔壁展开图像,使整个钻孔孔壁一目了然,可直观、精确地检测井管故障位置,可以对类似井管故障检测进行推广应用。
Well tube failure detection methods. In this paper, an engineering example is introduced to detect a well tube failure method - bore hole wall imaging technology, combined with the formation lithology, hydrogeological conditions, well technology, water withdrawal and recharging technology, heat pump operation, etc. Groundwater source heat pump well tube rupture, silting, clogging and corrosion and other reasons. The technology can form a continuous full borehole expansion image, which makes the entire borehole wall clear at a glance. It can directly and accurately detect the fault location of the well pipe and can popularize the similar well pipe fault detection.
