以Lord 320/322为EP(环氧树脂)基体,采用不同的原料配比制备了EP结构胶,并测定了该结构胶的高低温拉伸剪切强度,进而验证了其在无人机胶接装配中的适用性。研究结果表明:m(Lord320/322)∶m(固化剂)质量比在(1.25~2.00)∶1范围内可调,并且能满足复合材料胶接件在冬季、夏季的使用要求;当m(Lord 320/322)∶m(固化剂)=1.25∶1时,EP结构胶在-50℃、常温和65℃时的拉伸剪切强度优异,其室温固化8 h后的拉伸剪切强度可达到固化24 h后的60%,并且具有快速固化的特点。
