这次小麦和面粉产业年会,是在粮食发展的重要时刻召开的。全国小麦面粉加工业的知名企业基本上都参加了会议。年会的参加人数一年比一年多,内容一年比一年丰富。这是贯彻十七大精神和十一届人大一次会议精神的一次重要会议,是小麦面粉加工产业处于转折时期的一次促进会议。
