目的应用二维应变显像技术(SRI)评价冠状动脉对心肌不同节段的供血情况。方法正常对照组10例,心肌缺血、心肌梗死及心力衰竭患者21例,在应变率模式下测量各室壁基底段、中间段及心尖段二维应变率的参数。结果与正常对照组相比,心肌缺血、心肌梗死及心衰患者的心肌缺血部分二维应变率明显降低,均低于15%,获得的牛眼图缺血心肌的节段也同样显色黯淡。结论二维应变显像技术(SRI)可以无创、准确的描述心肌各节段的供血情况,检测局部心肌收缩功能的异常,为临床评定冠状动脉对心肌不同节段供血情况做出具体分析。
Objective To assess the coronary artery blood supply to different segments of myocardium by using two-dimensional strain imaging (SRI). Methods Twenty patients with normal control group, 21 patients with myocardial ischemia, myocardial infarction and heart failure were included in the study. The parameters of two-dimensional strain rate in basal segment, middle segment and apical segment of each wall were measured in strain rate model. Results Compared with the normal control group, the two-dimensional strain rate of myocardial ischemia in patients with myocardial ischemia, myocardial infarction and heart failure was significantly lower than 15%, and the segments of ischemic myocardium obtained in the bull’s eye diagram were also marked Dark color. Conclusion Two-dimensional strain imaging (SRI) can noninvasively and accurately describe the blood supply to various segments of myocardium and detect the abnormalities of local myocardial contractile function, so as to make a concrete analysis of clinical coronary artery blood supply to different segments of myocardium.
