采用金相显微镜和扫描电镜对唐钢FTSC工艺板材孔洞成因进行了分析,结果表明:唐钢SS400热轧材的孔洞是由沿铸坯厚度方向存在中间裂纹造成的。对轻压下时铸坯坯壳厚度的变化进行了分析,发现铸坯中间裂纹源主要在扇形0段,是由于辊子的相互错位而诱发;裂纹源产生后沿铸坯厚度方向延伸形成中间裂纹。通过减小扇形0段的压下量,合理分配到其它扇形段中,减轻或消除了铸坯枝晶间裂纹的产生,抑制了铸坯中间裂纹的生成,避免了板卷孔洞缺陷。
The causes of the hole of FTSC plate in Tangshan Iron and Steel Company were analyzed by metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the holes of SS400 hot rolled material in Tangshan Iron Steel are caused by the presence of intermediate cracks along the thickness of the slab. The change of the thickness of the billet shell during the soft reduction was analyzed. It was found that the middle crack source was mainly in the fan-shaped section 0, which was induced by the mutual dislocation of the rollers. The cracks originated and extended along the thickness of the billet to form intermediate cracks . By reducing the reduction of sector 0 and distributing it rationally to other segments, the generation of cracks in the billet can be reduced or eliminated, the formation of intermediate cracks in the billet can be suppressed, and the defects of plate hole can be avoided.
