用原位杂交组织化学技术,用同位素标记的寡核苷酸探针,对Calbindin-D28kmRNA在大鼠三叉神经节和背根节初级传入神经元中的表达进行了观察.结果发现:在大鼠三叉神经节中,约16.1%的神经元为CalbindinD28k阳性神经元,而在背根神经节中,阳性神经元占节细胞总数的20.6%.这两个神经节中的阳性神经元主要集中在大型细胞(8.1%和12.3%)及小型细胞(4.2%和6.8%).从而提示Calbindin-D28k可作为上述两种神经细胞的标志物,在此类初级传入神经元的某些生理功能中可能有重要作用.
The expression of Calbindin-D28kmRNA in the primary afferent neurons of the trigeminal ganglion and dorsal root ganglion of rats was observed by in situ hybridization histochemistry and isotope labeled oligonucleotide probe. In the rat trigeminal ganglion, about 16.1% of the neurons were Calbindin D28k-positive neurons, whereas in the dorsal root ganglion, the positive neurons accounted for 20.6% of the total number of the cells in the ganglion. The positive neurons in these two ganglia mainly concentrated in large cells (8.1% and 12.3%) and small cells (4.2% and 6.8%). This suggests that Calbindin-D28k may serve as a marker of the above two nerve cells and may play an important role in certain physiological functions of such primary afferent neurons.
